This includes all images produced by members of La Bo\u00eete\u2019s team as part of their duties, which remain the property of La Bo\u00eete interculturelle.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This policy protects our intellectual property and ensures proper attribution.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We believe documentation of our work belongs to the community that creates it. This policy exists to ensure proper credit and prevent commercial misuse \u2014 not to restrict the natural sharing that makes our work visible.<\/span><\/p><h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ownership &amp; Rights<\/span><\/h3><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La Bo\u00eete interculturelle retains rights to all images taken at our events and projects.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Proper credit is always required when images are shared publicly.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Commercial use by third parties requires explicit written permission.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Non-commercial sharing by participants, artists, and partners is encouraged, with credit.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This applies to all uses: social media, reports, websites, publications, presentations, and digital or printed materials.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Who Can Use Photos<\/span><\/h3><p><b>Internal Use (La Bo\u00eete team only):<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Staff, volunteers, and contractors may use La Bo\u00eete photos for internal communications and reports without separate permission.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Visual Identity for Projects:<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The visual identity materials associated with La Bo\u00eete&#8217;s projects \u2014 including logos, branded graphics, and any visuals that feature funder or partner recognition \u2014 may not be altered in any way. These visuals contain information about our funders and partners who are crucial to the development of our projects, and their accurate representation is a condition of our funding and partnership agreements. Any modification to these materials is strictly prohibited without prior written approval from La Bo\u00eete.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><strong>Partner\/External Use:<\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Organizations with an active partnership agreement with La Bo\u00eete may use event photos for non-commercial communications \u2014 including social media, reports, and newsletters \u2014 without requesting separate permission for each use, provided the credit line is included. Partners are encouraged to tag La Bo\u00eete when sharing.<\/span><\/p><p><strong>Media &amp; Other External Use:<\/strong><\/p><p>Media outlets and other external parties must request written permission before use. Permission is granted case-by-case.<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Some content published on the La Bo\u00eete interculturelle website \u2014 including documents, images, and graphics \u2014 may belong to partner organizations. Specific terms may apply regarding reuse of that content. It is designed to protect against unauthorized commercial use and misrepresentation of our work.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If images are used commercially or in a context that misrepresents La Bo\u00eete or its participants, we will contact you directly to find a resolution.
