Saint-Adelphe, March 27, 2023 \u2013 The Board of Directors of La Bo\u00eete interculturelle accepted, on March 21, 2023, the resignation of its president Mr. Faouzi Metouilli. Mr. Metouilli will leave on April 1, 2023, after five years at the head of the organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Present since 2015, even before the founding of La Bo\u00eete in 2018, Mr. Metouilli has been a leading force throughout his mandate. He has contributed significantly to the development of the organization’s international and national relations and promoted its mission to build bridges between different cultures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Board of Directors wishes to express its gratitude to Mr. Metouilli for his commitment to the organization over the years and for his invaluable contribution to the development of La Bo\u00eete’s projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In order to allow for a smooth transition, Mrs. Elvire B. Toffa takes over the presidency of the organization for a one-year term. A graduate of the Universit\u00e9 du Qu\u00e9bec in Trois-Rivi\u00e8res in written communication, an entrepreneur and a leader in the Trois-Rivi\u00e8res community, Mrs. Toffa will ensure the stability and continuity of La Bo\u00eete’s actions. Her professional background and her influence as a role model will contribute immensely to the organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
At the March\u00a021 meeting, the Board of Directors also welcomed a new director to the organization. Mrs.\u00a0Francine L\u00e9v\u00easque, visual artist. With more than 30\u00a0years of experience in the visual arts and the recipient of several awards and honours, Ms.\u00a0L\u00e9v\u00easque will bring an important contribution to the promotion of La\u00a0Bo\u00eete and a new sensitivity to the regional effort. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Founded in 2018, La Bo\u00eete interculturelle creates unique projects of creation, collaboration and sharing with partners and musicians who are committed to intercultural dialogue and rapprochement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
