What is the Caravan of Possibilities?
It’s a caravan unlike any other—it rolls along, it speaks, it sings, it dances, and it tells you true stories.
Like the great caravans of yesteryear that traversed the land carrying stories, exchanges, and knowledge, ours hits the road today with a vibrant mission: to bring together artists and people from all walks of life to create together, share stories, and bring new possibilities to life.
Three professional or emerging artists—dancers, musicians, actors, storytellers, or craftspeople—will travel through three rural communities to sit down with residents, share a bit of their journey, and listen to theirs.
No stage. No distance. Just people truly talking to one another.
What we really want
to do together
To truly connect
To create moments where people who would never have crossed paths sit down together and talk—without filters, without screens.

To bring people together through storytelling and listening
When you know someone’s story, you see them differently. It’s as simple—and as powerful—as that.
Creating together
Each stop gives rise to a collective work—born from encounters, exchanged words, and shared emotions.

Leaving something lasting behind
Beyond the tour, we want each community to walk away with tools, connections, and a desire to keep coming together.
Objectives
To forge connections between rural residents and artists representing Quebec’s cultural diversity
To foster dialogue through storytelling, listening, and shared creation
To leave behind a collective work in each community as a living testament to the caravan’s visit

How does it work?
In each community visited, residents are invited to spend time with an artist—a dancer, musician, storyteller, or visual artist—for an intimate conversation, either one-on-one or in a small group. Together, they then create a collective work rooted in the exchanges and emotions of the moment. This creation is then presented publicly, celebrating what emerged from the encounter between the artists and the community.
Three stops. Three creations born from the land and the people who inhabit it.
Who is the caravan for?

A diversity of voices and practices
The caravan’s artists are selected through an open call across Quebec. Whether established professionals or emerging artists, they represent a wide range of cultures, backgrounds, and artistic practices—dance, music, theater, visual arts, crafts, and storytelling.
