Your donation, a bridge between cultures
In our villages across Kamouraska and Bas-Saint-Laurent, encountering the other isn’t always just around the corner. That’s why, since 2018, La Boîte interculturelle has been creating opportunities — a shared tea, a screened documentary, a song heard for the first time — so that culture becomes a bridge rather than a distance.
Every donation, regardless of amount, has a concrete impact in our rural communities.
$50
allows us to provide the materials needed for a volunteer-led exchange workshop that we run regularly, such as a screening guide for our documentaries.
$250
allows us to travel to screen one of our documentaries in a rural area, or to continue our volunteer initiative Les VoisiNades, which takes place once a month.
$500
allows us to support an event like our Thé nomade in Kamouraska, which brought together more than thirty people on a Saturday afternoon in July 2026, or another documentary screening in a rural area.
$1,000 and up
allows us to support hosting an artist in residence, from logistics to cultural mediation, building lasting bridges between cultures here and elsewhere.
