What if intercultural encounters happened over a cup of tea, outdoors, in the heart of a Kamouraska village?
Le Thé nomade (The Nomadic Tea) is an initiative of La Boîte interculturelle with Shindouk Ould Najim, inviting residents to pause for an afternoon in a rural setting to exchange, listen, and build connections beyond cultural differences. Simple in appearance, this convivial moment becomes a genuine space for dialogue: stories, perspectives, and roots are shared over tea.
This edition takes root in Rivière-Ouelle, thanks to the invaluable support of the municipality, as well as the generosity of Lynda Lévesque and Fernand Losier, who lent their rural setting to create a warm and authentic atmosphere.
Le Thé nomade reflects the belief that interculturalism is also built through the small gestures of everyday life.
